Here Comes the Sun: A Metaphor
I came across a video of James Taylor and Yo-Yo Ma performing an exquisite interpretation of Here Comes the Sun. It is, I think a wonderful metaphor for the events in my life for the past month or so. I am ready.

It’s a great song and a great duet. I would never have thought of them together, but it works beautifully. Happpy days to come!

Quick! Open the blinds to let it shine in! Hang a sun catcher in the window to help.
What a beautiful rendition of this song. Thanks for posting it.

The moment I found the song, the sun broke through the clouds and my kitchen was flooded with sunlight. Perfect!

Well that was mighty nice.
Got a twinge of sadness for the loss of George Harrison.

Lol, this is Kyla’s fav song right now. Rog wakes her up every morning by turning it on her stereo. The Beetles version of course…lol

Such a beautiful song, such a beautiful rendition (but who could go wrong with those two?), and a wonderful celebration of collaboration. I am glad the sun is coming out for you. Thank you for this!

Unfortunately my “lightning fast” satellite internet connection makes YouTube downloads take all day, but I can imagine how lovely this was. If I get a chance I’ll check it out at work (where we actually have a “lightning fast” connection.)

Love the way they interpreted this song and I am a big Yo Yo Ma fan ! Thanks for the great post.
I check your blog often but don’t always comment…
I so agree with your comment about talking over the fence with friends.
