It is nice to stop and just think about individual snowflakes for a minute. Unless I capture single flakes with my camera, I forget how beautiful each and every one is, and almost unique.

This was nice and calming for me to read with my coffee. :)

"Mysteriously, magically unique." I like that.

Part of my life is about house-hunting and house selling these days, and I'm having trouble putting this kind of thing into words for the realtors. There's an indefinable something that goes beyond the tic list of features in a house -- granite countertops, square footage, central vac -- and makes a house unique. Hmm. How to tell a realtor, "Find us a house with an indefinable mysterious, magical quality"? :)

I've never heard a one note symphony, but I've heard variations on a theme with each variation adding to the whole. Lovely. One of my favorite things to listen to is Quadrophenia by The Who. Each song is beautiful on its own, but listen to it in its entirety, and it's a completely different experience.
