Rock On, Little Blue Guy!
I have written about one of my own true loves, the Little Blue Santa, and how he has touched so many people. I have written about making him, and how he has changed our lives.
We continue to hear from people whose lives have been blessed by the Little Blue Guy. Relationships that have been rekindled, family histories that have been recalled. Memories, the tapestries of family history; the delicious, sweet fabric of our lives have been made richer.
Our little business, located in the Village of Peninsula, Ohio, population 602, has been touched by the lovely and gentle Blue Santa. He has enabled us to share the process with others whose skills and natures have enriched our lives.

Making Santa Molds
These skilled hands are still making Little Blue Santas, and we are working on a glaze for a Little Green Santa.

Little Blue Santas in the Kiln
****We will be giving away a Little Blue Santa. To be entered into our high tech drawing (in which I draw a number from a hat), post a comment.

LBS is the best and I can’t wait to see what LGS looks like — I am lucky enough to have a Little Blue Santa watching over me, so don’t include me in the drawing — I just wanted to say hello.

I love the idea of Christmas ornaments that are handmade and crafted with thought, as opposed to the glitzy mass-produced stuff that fills giant department stores. For the past few decades, I’ve been carefully choosing one new decoration a year and have a nice little collection now. Our tree never has lights on it, either.
One year, I made a few Christmas decorations out of clay and fired them (they were glazed a pale green), but sadly they have since been broken.

I love the Little Blue Santa. He looks magical. (I did a drawing on my blog once and let Toby the Wonder Dog pick the winner.)

I love the Little Blue Guy, too, Mary. And the Little Green Dude will be cool, too.
Thanks for coming by to say hello, Lisa. Enjoy your hiatus
I also love hand-crafter ornaments, Mary. Something that is made from the heart, through the hands.
Glad you stopped by, Gary. There is so much that makes up our lives—-including the pottery!
Eryl, the Little Blue Santa will always watch over you. Glad you like him.
Welcome, Ann. I could let one of our dogs pick the winner, but all of them would rather eat the papers.
Thank you, Larramie. They are pretty wonderful, aren’t they.
Reb—he is indeed magical. There is something wonderful about holding him in
one’s hand. He just fits.
I’m glad you have you Little Blue Santa, too, Cathy. He really is magical, isn’t he.

The Little Blue Santa has connected my friend to me, and me to my daughter. She will be surprised to find one as a present this Christmas! She was interested in it last year. I like to find special things for gifts- gifts that are as special as the recipient. Thank you for bringing these into our lives! They are content little guys.

It’s like a little army of elves (that are Santas!) They are beautiful little creatures.
